Shipping Policy
We ship throughout the USA, Canada and Internationally:
We offer USPS and UPS Service for USA shipments. We also offer USPS for international shipments to help reduce your international shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages returned to us as unclaimed by USPS or packages declared delivered by USPS. No refund or credit will be given until the claim goes through. Its your duty to let us know if your package as not been delivered to you despite the delivered statute or been received damaged, in order to process the claim. In case of damage you will have to provide pictures of the package and the item(s). Reimbursement will depend of the claim status being accepted, approved or not by the carrier. Reimboursement can not exceed the total amount you originally paid.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. With no exceptions.
On the other hand, if your items is defective or is the wrong item, you'll be able to return it or exange it when you get our approval and authorization.
It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color. Dyed shoes and jewelry are not returnable, unless defective.
